An-Nisa 4:15 واللاتي ياتين الفاحشة من نسايكم فاستشهدوا عليهن اربعة منكم فان شهدوا فامسكوهن في البيوت حتى يتوفاهن الموت او يجعل الله لهن سبيلا ١٥
وَٱلَّٰتِي
يَأۡتِينَ
ٱلۡفَٰحِشَةَ
مِن
نِّسَآئِكُمۡ
فَٱسۡتَشۡهِدُواْ
عَلَيۡهِنَّ
أَرۡبَعَةٗ
مِّنكُمۡۖ
فَإِن
شَهِدُواْ
فَأَمۡسِكُوهُنَّ
فِي
ٱلۡبُيُوتِ
حَتَّىٰ
يَتَوَفَّىٰهُنَّ
ٱلۡمَوۡتُ
أَوۡ
يَجۡعَلَ
ٱللَّهُ
لَهُنَّ
سَبِيلٗا
١٥
Und diejenigen von euren Frauen, die das Abscheuliche begehen, - bringt vier Zeugen von euch gegen sie. Wenn sie (es) bezeugen, dann haltet sie im Haus fest, bis der Tod sie abberuft oder Allah ihnen einen (Aus)weg schafft.

The Adulteress is Confined in her House; A Command Later Abrogated
At the begining of Islam, the ruling was that if a woman commits adultery as stipulated by sufficient proof, she was confined to her home, without leave, until she died. Allah said,
وَاللَـتِى يَأْتِينَ الْفَـحِشَةَ
يعني الزنا
مِن نِّسَآ
