An-Nisa 4:16 واللذان ياتيانها منكم فاذوهما فان تابا واصلحا فاعرضوا عنهما ان الله كان توابا رحيما ١٦
وَٱلَّذَانِ
يَأۡتِيَٰنِهَا
مِنكُمۡ
فَـَٔاذُوهُمَاۖ
فَإِن
تَابَا
وَأَصۡلَحَا
فَأَعۡرِضُواْ
عَنۡهُمَآۗ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
كَانَ
تَوَّابٗا
رَّحِيمًا
١٦
А оно двоје који то учине, изгрдите их, па ако се покају и поправе, онда их на миру оставите. Аллах, заиста, стално прима покајања и милостив је.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Adulteress is Confined in her House; A Command Later Abrogated
At the begining of Islam, the ruling was that if a woman commits adultery as stipulated by sufficient proof, she was confined to her home, without leave, until she died. Allah said,
وَاللَـتِى يَأْتِينَ الْفَـحِشَةَ
يعني الزنا
مِن نِّسَآ
