An-Nisa 4:3 وان خفتم الا تقسطوا في اليتامى فانكحوا ما طاب لكم من النساء مثنى وثلاث ورباع فان خفتم الا تعدلوا فواحدة او ما ملكت ايمانكم ذالك ادنى الا تعولوا ٣
وَإِنۡ
خِفۡتُمۡ
أَلَّا
تُقۡسِطُواْ
فِي
ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ
فَٱنكِحُواْ
مَا
طَابَ
لَكُم
مِّنَ
ٱلنِّسَآءِ
مَثۡنَىٰ
وَثُلَٰثَ
وَرُبَٰعَۖ
فَإِنۡ
خِفۡتُمۡ
أَلَّا
تَعۡدِلُواْ
فَوَٰحِدَةً
أَوۡ
مَا
مَلَكَتۡ
أَيۡمَٰنُكُمۡۚ
ذَٰلِكَ
أَدۡنَىٰٓ
أَلَّا
تَعُولُواْ
٣
もし、あなた方が（女の）孤児に対して公正を貫けないこと[1]を怖れるのならば、あなた方に合法な女性を二人でも、三人でも、あるいは四人でも娶るがよい。そしてもし（複数の妻を娶ったら、彼女らを）平等に扱えないことを怖れるのなら、妻は一人だけにするか、あるいはあなた方の右手が所有する者（奴隷*の女性）だけに（留めておくのだ）。そうすることが、あなた方が罪を犯さずにいるために、より無難なのである。 1

Allah commands that the property of the orphans be surrendered to them in full when they reach the age of adolescence, and He forbids using or confiscating any part of it. So He said;
