An-Nisa 4:3 وان خفتم الا تقسطوا في اليتامى فانكحوا ما طاب لكم من النساء مثنى وثلاث ورباع فان خفتم الا تعدلوا فواحدة او ما ملكت ايمانكم ذالك ادنى الا تعولوا ٣
وَإِنۡ
خِفۡتُمۡ
أَلَّا
تُقۡسِطُواْ
فِي
ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ
فَٱنكِحُواْ
مَا
طَابَ
لَكُم
مِّنَ
ٱلنِّسَآءِ
مَثۡنَىٰ
وَثُلَٰثَ
وَرُبَٰعَۖ
فَإِنۡ
خِفۡتُمۡ
أَلَّا
تَعۡدِلُواْ
فَوَٰحِدَةً
أَوۡ
مَا
مَلَكَتۡ
أَيۡمَٰنُكُمۡۚ
ذَٰلِكَ
أَدۡنَىٰٓ
أَلَّا
تَعُولُواْ
٣
If you fear that you might not treat the orphans justly, then marry the women that seem good to you: two, or three, or four.1 If you fear that you will not be able to treat them justly, then marry (only) one,2 or marry from among those whom your right hands possess.3 This will make it more likely that you will avoid injustice.

Allah commands that the property of the orphans be surrendered to them in full when they reach the age of adolescence, and He forbids using or confiscating any part of it. So He said;
