An-Nisa 4:35 وان خفتم شقاق بينهما فابعثوا حكما من اهله وحكما من اهلها ان يريدا اصلاحا يوفق الله بينهما ان الله كان عليما خبيرا ٣٥
وَإِنۡ
خِفۡتُمۡ
شِقَاقَ
بَيۡنِهِمَا
فَٱبۡعَثُواْ
حَكَمٗا
مِّنۡ
أَهۡلِهِۦ
وَحَكَمٗا
مِّنۡ
أَهۡلِهَآ
إِن
يُرِيدَآ
إِصۡلَٰحٗا
يُوَفِّقِ
ٱللَّهُ
بَيۡنَهُمَآۗ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
كَانَ
عَلِيمًا
خَبِيرٗا
٣٥
（夫婦それぞれの後見人たちよ、）あなた方が（夫婦）両人の不和を知ったなら、（事情の調査と問題の解決に臨ませるべく、）彼の一族から一人の仲裁人と、彼女の一族から一人の仲裁人を遣わすのだ。もし（仲裁人）両人が（夫婦間の）改善を望むのであれば、アッラー*は（夫婦）両人の間を正しく導いて下さろうから[1]。本当にアッラー*はもとより、全知者、通暁されているお方。 1

Appointing Two Arbitrators When the Possibility of Estrangement Between Husband and Wife Occurs
