An-Nisa 4:35 وان خفتم شقاق بينهما فابعثوا حكما من اهله وحكما من اهلها ان يريدا اصلاحا يوفق الله بينهما ان الله كان عليما خبيرا ٣٥
وَإِنۡ
خِفۡتُمۡ
شِقَاقَ
بَيۡنِهِمَا
فَٱبۡعَثُواْ
حَكَمٗا
مِّنۡ
أَهۡلِهِۦ
وَحَكَمٗا
مِّنۡ
أَهۡلِهَآ
إِن
يُرِيدَآ
إِصۡلَٰحٗا
يُوَفِّقِ
ٱللَّهُ
بَيۡنَهُمَآۗ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
كَانَ
عَلِيمًا
خَبِيرٗا
٣٥
ואם תפחדו לפילוג בין השניים, שלחו בורר ממשפחתו ובורר ממשפחתה, ואם ירצו שניהם להתפייס, יביא אללה לידי הסכם ביניהם. ואללה הוא היודע והבקי.

Appointing Two Arbitrators When the Possibility of Estrangement Between Husband and Wife Occurs
