An-Nisa 4:35 وان خفتم شقاق بينهما فابعثوا حكما من اهله وحكما من اهلها ان يريدا اصلاحا يوفق الله بينهما ان الله كان عليما خبيرا ٣٥
وَإِنۡ
خِفۡتُمۡ
شِقَاقَ
بَيۡنِهِمَا
فَٱبۡعَثُواْ
حَكَمٗا
مِّنۡ
أَهۡلِهِۦ
وَحَكَمٗا
مِّنۡ
أَهۡلِهَآ
إِن
يُرِيدَآ
إِصۡلَٰحٗا
يُوَفِّقِ
ٱللَّهُ
بَيۡنَهُمَآۗ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
كَانَ
عَلِيمًا
خَبِيرٗا
٣٥
Dacă vă temeţi de o pricină între ei doi [cei doi soţi], atunci trimiteţi un arbitru din neamul lui şi un arbitru din neamul ei. Dacă voiesc ei [arbitrii] împăcarea, Allah va readuce înţelegerea între ei [cei doi soţi]. Allah este Atoateştiutor, Bineştiutor [‘Alim, Khabir].

Appointing Two Arbitrators When the Possibility of Estrangement Between Husband and Wife Occurs
