An-Nisa 4:35 وان خفتم شقاق بينهما فابعثوا حكما من اهله وحكما من اهلها ان يريدا اصلاحا يوفق الله بينهما ان الله كان عليما خبيرا ٣٥
وَإِنۡ
خِفۡتُمۡ
شِقَاقَ
بَيۡنِهِمَا
فَٱبۡعَثُواْ
حَكَمٗا
مِّنۡ
أَهۡلِهِۦ
وَحَكَمٗا
مِّنۡ
أَهۡلِهَآ
إِن
يُرِيدَآ
إِصۡلَٰحٗا
يُوَفِّقِ
ٱللَّهُ
بَيۡنَهُمَآۗ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
كَانَ
عَلِيمًا
خَبِيرٗا
٣٥
Und wenn ihr Widerstreit zwischen den beiden befürchtet, dann setzt einen Schiedsrichter aus seiner Familie und einen Schiedsrichter aus ihrer Familie ein. Wenn sie (beide) eine Aussöhnung wollen, wird Allah sie (beide) in Einklang bringen. Gewiß, Allah ist Allwissend und Allkundig.

Appointing Two Arbitrators When the Possibility of Estrangement Between Husband and Wife Occurs
