An-Nisa 4:4 واتوا النساء صدقاتهن نحلة فان طبن لكم عن شيء منه نفسا فكلوه هنييا مرييا ٤
وَءَاتُواْ
ٱلنِّسَآءَ
صَدُقَٰتِهِنَّ
نِحۡلَةٗۚ
فَإِن
طِبۡنَ
لَكُمۡ
عَن
شَيۡءٖ
مِّنۡهُ
نَفۡسٗا
فَكُلُوهُ
هَنِيٓـٔٗا
مَّرِيٓـٔٗا

Gi kvinnene til egen disposisjon den brudegave de har krav på. Men hvis de selv finner for godt å overlate dere en del av den, så disponer den med god samvittighet.

Protecting the Property of the Orphans
Allah commands that the property of the orphans be surrendered to them in full when they reach the age of adolescence, and He forbids using or confiscating any part of it. So He said;
