An-Nisa 4:6 وابتلوا اليتامى حتى اذا بلغوا النكاح فان انستم منهم رشدا فادفعوا اليهم اموالهم ولا تاكلوها اسرافا وبدارا ان يكبروا ومن كان غنيا فليستعفف ومن كان فقيرا فلياكل بالمعروف فاذا دفعتم اليهم اموالهم فاشهدوا عليهم وكفى بالله حسيبا ٦
وَٱبۡتَلُواْ
ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ
حَتَّىٰٓ
إِذَا
بَلَغُواْ
ٱلنِّكَاحَ
فَإِنۡ
ءَانَسۡتُم
مِّنۡهُمۡ
رُشۡدٗا
فَٱدۡفَعُوٓاْ
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡۖ
وَلَا
تَأۡكُلُوهَآ
إِسۡرَافٗا
وَبِدَارًا
أَن
يَكۡبَرُواْۚ
وَمَن
كَانَ
غَنِيّٗا
فَلۡيَسۡتَعۡفِفۡۖ
وَمَن
كَانَ
فَقِيرٗا
فَلۡيَأۡكُلۡ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۚ
فَإِذَا
دَفَعۡتُمۡ
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ
فَأَشۡهِدُواْ
عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ
وَكَفَىٰ
بِٱللَّهِ
حَسِيبٗا
٦
また、結婚（適齢期）[1]に達するまで、孤児を試すのだ。そして、もし彼らに十分な分別があると認めたならば、彼らの財産を彼らに渡せ。また、彼らが成人する前にそれを浪費したり、先手を取って使い込んだりしてはならない。（後見人が）裕福ならば、（孤児の財産に対して）慎ましくあるようにし、貧乏ならば、（そこから必要に応じて）適度に使うがよい。また、彼ら（孤児）にその財産を返還する時には、彼らに対して証人を立てるのだ。アッラー*だけで、清算者*は十分なのである。 1
