An-Nisa 4:6 وابتلوا اليتامى حتى اذا بلغوا النكاح فان انستم منهم رشدا فادفعوا اليهم اموالهم ولا تاكلوها اسرافا وبدارا ان يكبروا ومن كان غنيا فليستعفف ومن كان فقيرا فلياكل بالمعروف فاذا دفعتم اليهم اموالهم فاشهدوا عليهم وكفى بالله حسيبا ٦
وَٱبۡتَلُواْ
ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ
حَتَّىٰٓ
إِذَا
بَلَغُواْ
ٱلنِّكَاحَ
فَإِنۡ
ءَانَسۡتُم
مِّنۡهُمۡ
رُشۡدٗا
فَٱدۡفَعُوٓاْ
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡۖ
وَلَا
تَأۡكُلُوهَآ
إِسۡرَافٗا
وَبِدَارًا
أَن
يَكۡبَرُواْۚ
وَمَن
كَانَ
غَنِيّٗا
فَلۡيَسۡتَعۡفِفۡۖ
وَمَن
كَانَ
فَقِيرٗا
فَلۡيَأۡكُلۡ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۚ
فَإِذَا
دَفَعۡتُمۡ
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ
فَأَشۡهِدُواْ
عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ
وَكَفَىٰ
بِٱللَّهِ
حَسِيبٗا
٦
פקחו על היתומים עד שיגיעו לגיל של חתונה, ואז אם תבחינו בכך שהם הגיעו לבגרות, החזירו להם את רכושם, ואל תבזבזו את זה לפני שהם יגיעו לגיל בגרות. על (המשגיח) העשיר להימנע מלהשתמש ברכוש היתום, אך העני רשאי להשתמש בו כמקובל. ובמוסרכם להם את רכושם, הביאו עדים, ומספיק אללה לבדו לעריכת הדין והחשבון.
