An-Nisa 4:6 وابتلوا اليتامى حتى اذا بلغوا النكاح فان انستم منهم رشدا فادفعوا اليهم اموالهم ولا تاكلوها اسرافا وبدارا ان يكبروا ومن كان غنيا فليستعفف ومن كان فقيرا فلياكل بالمعروف فاذا دفعتم اليهم اموالهم فاشهدوا عليهم وكفى بالله حسيبا ٦
وَٱبۡتَلُواْ
ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ
حَتَّىٰٓ
إِذَا
بَلَغُواْ
ٱلنِّكَاحَ
فَإِنۡ
ءَانَسۡتُم
مِّنۡهُمۡ
رُشۡدٗا
فَٱدۡفَعُوٓاْ
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡۖ
وَلَا
تَأۡكُلُوهَآ
إِسۡرَافٗا
وَبِدَارًا
أَن
يَكۡبَرُواْۚ
وَمَن
كَانَ
غَنِيّٗا
فَلۡيَسۡتَعۡفِفۡۖ
وَمَن
كَانَ
فَقِيرٗا
فَلۡيَأۡكُلۡ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۚ
فَإِذَا
دَفَعۡتُمۡ
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ
فَأَشۡهِدُواْ
عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ
وَكَفَىٰ
بِٱللَّهِ
حَسِيبٗا
٦
Ir išbandykite našlaičius (dėl jų protinių gabumų) kol jie pasieks santuokinį amžių. Jei tada manote juos esant sveiko proto, perleiskite jų nuosavybę jiems. Tačiau, neeikvokite jos nuostolingai ir neapgalvotai, bijodami, kad jie užaugs. Ir kas (iš globėjų) yra turtingas, neturėtų imti atlygio, tačiau jei jis vargšas, lai jis turi sau tai, kas yra teisinga ir pagrįsta (atsižvelgiant į jo darbą). O kai jūs perleidžiate jų nuosavybę jiems, turėkite liudytojus jų akivaizdoje. Ir Allahas yra Visiškai Pakankamas atsiskaityti.
