An-Nisa 4:6 وابتلوا اليتامى حتى اذا بلغوا النكاح فان انستم منهم رشدا فادفعوا اليهم اموالهم ولا تاكلوها اسرافا وبدارا ان يكبروا ومن كان غنيا فليستعفف ومن كان فقيرا فلياكل بالمعروف فاذا دفعتم اليهم اموالهم فاشهدوا عليهم وكفى بالله حسيبا ٦
وَٱبۡتَلُواْ
ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ
حَتَّىٰٓ
إِذَا
بَلَغُواْ
ٱلنِّكَاحَ
فَإِنۡ
ءَانَسۡتُم
مِّنۡهُمۡ
رُشۡدٗا
فَٱدۡفَعُوٓاْ
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡۖ
وَلَا
تَأۡكُلُوهَآ
إِسۡرَافٗا
وَبِدَارًا
أَن
يَكۡبَرُواْۚ
وَمَن
كَانَ
غَنِيّٗا
فَلۡيَسۡتَعۡفِفۡۖ
وَمَن
كَانَ
فَقِيرٗا
فَلۡيَأۡكُلۡ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۚ
فَإِذَا
دَفَعۡتُمۡ
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ
فَأَشۡهِدُواْ
عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ
وَكَفَىٰ
بِٱللَّهِ
حَسِيبٗا
٦
Yetimləri nikah yaşına çatıncaya qədər sınayın. Əgər ağla dolduqlarını (həddi-büluğa çatdıqlarını) hiss etsəniz, mallarını özlərinə qaytarın. Böyüyəcəklər (böyüyən kimi mallarına sahib olacaqlar) deyə, o malları israf edib tələm-tələsik yeməyin. Zəngin olan (qəyyum) o mala toxunmasın, kasıb isə qəbul olunmuş qayda üzrə (ehtiyacı olduğu qədər, çəkdiyi zəhmətin əvəzi miqdarında) yesin. Yetimlərin mallarını özlərinə qaytardığınız zaman yanlarında şahid tutun! Haqq-hesab çəkməyə Allah kifayət edər!
