An-Nisa 4:6 وابتلوا اليتامى حتى اذا بلغوا النكاح فان انستم منهم رشدا فادفعوا اليهم اموالهم ولا تاكلوها اسرافا وبدارا ان يكبروا ومن كان غنيا فليستعفف ومن كان فقيرا فلياكل بالمعروف فاذا دفعتم اليهم اموالهم فاشهدوا عليهم وكفى بالله حسيبا ٦
وَٱبۡتَلُواْ
ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ
حَتَّىٰٓ
إِذَا
بَلَغُواْ
ٱلنِّكَاحَ
فَإِنۡ
ءَانَسۡتُم
مِّنۡهُمۡ
رُشۡدٗا
فَٱدۡفَعُوٓاْ
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡۖ
وَلَا
تَأۡكُلُوهَآ
إِسۡرَافٗا
وَبِدَارًا
أَن
يَكۡبَرُواْۚ
وَمَن
كَانَ
غَنِيّٗا
فَلۡيَسۡتَعۡفِفۡۖ
وَمَن
كَانَ
فَقِيرٗا
فَلۡيَأۡكُلۡ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۚ
فَإِذَا
دَفَعۡتُمۡ
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ
فَأَشۡهِدُواْ
عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ
وَكَفَىٰ
بِٱللَّهِ
حَسِيبٗا
٦
Ja seuratkaa orpojen (henkistä) kehitystä, kunnes he saavuttavat naimaiän, ja jos silloin havaitsette heidät tervejärkisiksi, niin luovuttakaa heille itselleen heidän omaisuutensa. Varokaa tuhlaamasta sitä kevytmielisesti ja hätiköiden, ennenkuin he ovat täysi-ikäisiä. Rikas (holhooja) jättäköön holhokkien omaisuuden käyttämättä, ja se, joka itse on köyhä, kuluttakoon siitä vain kohtuulliseksi harkitun osan. Kun te luovutatte heille heidän omaisuutensa, niin olkoot teillä todistajat läsnä. Jumala valvoo tarkasti tilien tekoa.
