مُّسۡتَقِيمٗا

64. Noi nu trimitem nici un trimis, decât pentru a i se da ascultare, cu voia lui Allah. Şi dacă, după ce au fost ei nedrepţi cu propriile lor suflete, vor veni ei la tine şi se vor ruga de iertare lui Allah şi se va ruga pentru iertarea lor şi Trimisul, îl vor afla ei pe Allah Iertător, Îndurător [Tawwab, Rahim]. 65. Însă, nu! [Jur] pe Domnul Tău! Nu vor crede ei [cu adevărat] până ce nu te vor lua pe tine ca judecător pentru cele care se iscă între ei şi nu vor mai afla în sufletele lor temere faţă de ceea ce tu ai hotărât şi nu se vor supune cu desăvârşită supunere [hotărârii tale]. 66. Dacă Noi le‑am fi poruncit: „Omorâţi‑vă voi înşivă!” sau „Ieşiţi din căminele voastre!”, nu ar fi făcut‑o decât puţini dintre ei. Dar dacă ei le‑ar fi făcut pe cele la care au fost îndemnaţi, ar fi fost mai bine pentru ei şi ar fi mai statornică [credinţa lor]. 67. Şi atunci Noi le‑am fi dat din partea Noastră răsplată mare. 68. Şi i‑am fi călăuzit Noi pe un drum drept.
