An-Nisa 4:7 للرجال نصيب مما ترك الوالدان والاقربون وللنساء نصيب مما ترك الوالدان والاقربون مما قل منه او كثر نصيبا مفروضا ٧
لِّلرِّجَالِ
نَصِيبٞ
مِّمَّا
تَرَكَ
ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ
وَلِلنِّسَآءِ
نَصِيبٞ
مِّمَّا
تَرَكَ
ٱلۡوَٰلِدَانِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبُونَ
مِمَّا
قَلَّ
مِنۡهُ
أَوۡ
كَثُرَۚ
نَصِيبٗا
مَّفۡرُوضٗا
٧
పురుషులకు వారి తల్లిదండ్రులు మరియు దగ్గరి బంధువులు విడిచిపోయిన దానిలో (ఆస్తిలో) భాగం ఉంది మరియు స్త్రీలకు కూడా వారి తల్లిదండ్రులు మరియు దగ్గరి బంధువులు విడిచిపోయిన దానిలో భాగం ఉంది; 1 అది తక్కువైనా సరే, లేదా ఎక్కువైనా సరే. అది (అల్లాహ్) విధిగా నియమించిన భాగం.

The Necessity of Surrendering the Inheritance According to the Portions that Allah Ordained
Sa`id bin Jubayr and Qatadah said, "The idolators used to give adult men a share of inheritance and deprive women and children of it. Allah revealed;
