An-Nisa 4:8 واذا حضر القسمة اولو القربى واليتامى والمساكين فارزقوهم منه وقولوا لهم قولا معروفا ٨
وَإِذَا
حَضَرَ
ٱلۡقِسۡمَةَ
أُوْلُواْ
ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ
وَٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ
وَٱلۡمَسَٰكِينُ
فَٱرۡزُقُوهُم
مِّنۡهُ
وَقُولُواْ
لَهُمۡ
قَوۡلٗا
مَّعۡرُوفٗا
٨
そして、（遺産の）分配の場に（相続権を有さない）親戚や孤児や貧者*らが現れたら、そこからいくらかものを施してやるのだ。そして彼らには、適切な言葉[1]で話しかけよ。 1

Sa`id bin Jubayr and Qatadah said, "The idolators used to give adult men a share of inheritance and deprive women and children of it. Allah revealed;
