An-Nisa 4:8 واذا حضر القسمة اولو القربى واليتامى والمساكين فارزقوهم منه وقولوا لهم قولا معروفا ٨
وَإِذَا
حَضَرَ
ٱلۡقِسۡمَةَ
أُوْلُواْ
ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ
وَٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰ
وَٱلۡمَسَٰكِينُ
فَٱرۡزُقُوهُم
مِّنۡهُ
وَقُولُواْ
لَهُمۡ
قَوۡلٗا
مَّعۡرُوفٗا
٨
אם נוכחים בחלוקה קרובי משפחה, ויתומים, ומסכנים, יש להעניק להם חלק (מן העיזבון) ודברו איתם בצורה מכובדת.
