An-Nisa 4:90 الا الذين يصلون الى قوم بينكم وبينهم ميثاق او جاءوكم حصرت صدورهم ان يقاتلوكم او يقاتلوا قومهم ولو شاء الله لسلطهم عليكم فلقاتلوكم فان اعتزلوكم فلم يقاتلوكم والقوا اليكم السلم فما جعل الله لكم عليهم سبيلا ٩٠
إِلَّا
ٱلَّذِينَ
يَصِلُونَ
إِلَىٰ
قَوۡمِۭ
بَيۡنَكُمۡ
وَبَيۡنَهُم
مِّيثَٰقٌ
أَوۡ
جَآءُوكُمۡ
حَصِرَتۡ
صُدُورُهُمۡ
أَن
يُقَٰتِلُوكُمۡ
أَوۡ
يُقَٰتِلُواْ
قَوۡمَهُمۡۚ
وَلَوۡ
شَآءَ
ٱللَّهُ
لَسَلَّطَهُمۡ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
فَلَقَٰتَلُوكُمۡۚ
فَإِنِ
ٱعۡتَزَلُوكُمۡ
فَلَمۡ
يُقَٰتِلُوكُمۡ
وَأَلۡقَوۡاْ
إِلَيۡكُمُ
ٱلسَّلَمَ
فَمَا
جَعَلَ
ٱللَّهُ
لَكُمۡ
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
سَبِيلٗا
٩٠
kromě těch, kteří jsou spojeni s lidem, mezi nímž a vámi jest úmluva, anebo kteří k vám přišli se stísněnými hruděmi z toho, že mají bojovat proti vám nebo proti lidu svému. Kdyby byl Bůh chtěl, byl by jim dal vládu nad vámi a oni by byli proti vám bojovali. Jestliže však se vás straní, aniž s vámi bojovali, a vzdají se vám na milost, pak Bůh vám nedává proti nim žádné oprávnění k boji.
