An-Nisa 4:93 ومن يقتل مومنا متعمدا فجزاوه جهنم خالدا فيها وغضب الله عليه ولعنه واعد له عذابا عظيما ٩٣
وَمَن
يَقۡتُلۡ
مُؤۡمِنٗا
مُّتَعَمِّدٗا
فَجَزَآؤُهُۥ
جَهَنَّمُ
خَٰلِدٗا
فِيهَا
وَغَضِبَ
ٱللَّهُ
عَلَيۡهِ
وَلَعَنَهُۥ
وَأَعَدَّ
لَهُۥ
عَذَابًا
عَظِيمٗا
٩٣
Uwo wese rero yishe n’ibigira nkana umwemeramana ata kibimurekurira, azohanishwa umuriro wa Jahannamu awubemwo ibihe bidahera 1, ugushavurirwa n’Imana Allah, hamwe rero no kuvumwa akiri kw’isi, vyongeye Imana Allah Yaranamutegekanirije n’ibindi bihano bihambaye.

The Ruling Concerning Killing a Believer by Mistake
Allah states that the believer is not allowed to kill his believing brother under any circumstances. In the Two Sahihs, it is recorded that Ibn Mas`ud said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,
