An-Nisa 4:93 ومن يقتل مومنا متعمدا فجزاوه جهنم خالدا فيها وغضب الله عليه ولعنه واعد له عذابا عظيما ٩٣
وَمَن
يَقۡتُلۡ
مُؤۡمِنٗا
مُّتَعَمِّدٗا
فَجَزَآؤُهُۥ
جَهَنَّمُ
خَٰلِدٗا
فِيهَا
وَغَضِبَ
ٱللَّهُ
عَلَيۡهِ
وَلَعَنَهُۥ
وَأَعَدَّ
لَهُۥ
عَذَابًا
عَظِيمٗا
٩٣
Lɑ sẽn kʋ-a sɩd-kõt ne pʋ-toogo ɑ rolb yɑɑ Gεhãnem-bugum t'ɑ yɑɑ ruumd ɑ pʋgẽ tɩ Wẽnd gẽ-ɑ lɑ A kãɑb-ɑ lɑ A sεglg ɑ yĩng nɑmsg sẽn yɑɑ zɩsgo.

The Ruling Concerning Killing a Believer by Mistake
Allah states that the believer is not allowed to kill his believing brother under any circumstances. In the Two Sahihs, it is recorded that Ibn Mas`ud said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,
