An-Nisa 4:93 ومن يقتل مومنا متعمدا فجزاوه جهنم خالدا فيها وغضب الله عليه ولعنه واعد له عذابا عظيما ٩٣
وَمَن
يَقۡتُلۡ
مُؤۡمِنٗا
مُّتَعَمِّدٗا
فَجَزَآؤُهُۥ
جَهَنَّمُ
خَٰلِدٗا
فِيهَا
وَغَضِبَ
ٱللَّهُ
عَلَيۡهِ
وَلَعَنَهُۥ
وَأَعَدَّ
لَهُۥ
عَذَابًا
عَظِيمٗا
٩٣
Kim bir mo`minni qasdan o`ldirsa, uning jazosi jahannamdir. Unda abadiy qolur. Unga Allohning g`azabi va la'nati yog`ilur. Va Alloh unga ulkan azobni tayyorlagandir.1

The Ruling Concerning Killing a Believer by Mistake
Allah states that the believer is not allowed to kill his believing brother under any circumstances. In the Two Sahihs, it is recorded that Ibn Mas`ud said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,
