An-Nur 24:3 الزاني لا ينكح الا زانية او مشركة والزانية لا ينكحها الا زان او مشرك وحرم ذالك على المومنين ٣
ٱلزَّانِي
لَا
يَنكِحُ
إِلَّا
زَانِيَةً
أَوۡ
مُشۡرِكَةٗ
وَٱلزَّانِيَةُ
لَا
يَنكِحُهَآ
إِلَّا
زَانٍ
أَوۡ
مُشۡرِكٞۚ
وَحُرِّمَ
ذَٰلِكَ
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
٣
Mosali ekobo ya mobali akoki kobala te sé mosali ekobo ya mwasi to mopengwi ya mwasi, mpe mosali ekobo ya mwasi akoki kobala te sé mosali ekobo ya mobali to mopengwi yamobali, kasi wana eboyami тропа bandimi.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَالزَّانِيَةُ لاَ يَنكِحُهَآ إِلاَّ زَانٍ
(and the Zaniyah, none marries her except a Zani) a sinful man who is guilty of fornication,
أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً
(or a Mushrik) (a man) who does not think it is unlawful.
وَحُرِّمَ ذلِكَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
(Such a thing is forbidden to the believers.) meaning, ind

(and the Zaniyah, none marries her except a Zani) a sinful man who is guilty of fornication,
