An-Nur 24:30 قل للمومنين يغضوا من ابصارهم ويحفظوا فروجهم ذالك ازكى لهم ان الله خبير بما يصنعون ٣٠
قُل
لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
يَغُضُّواْ
مِنۡ
أَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡ
وَيَحۡفَظُواْ
فُرُوجَهُمۡۚ
ذَٰلِكَ
أَزۡكَىٰ
لَهُمۡۚ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
خَبِيرُۢ
بِمَا
يَصۡنَعُونَ
٣٠
אמור למאמינים שינמיכו את מבטיהם וישמרו על צניעותם משום שזה טהור להם יותר, כי אכן אללה בקי בכל אשר תעשו.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
«إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْجُلُوسَ عَلَى الطُّرُقَاتِ»
(Beware of sitting in the streets.) They said, "O Messenger of Allah, we have no alternative but to sit in the streets to converse with one another." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
«إِنْ أَبَيْتُمْ فَأَعْطُوا الطَّرِيقَ حَقَّهُ»
