An-Nur 24:34 ولقد انزلنا اليكم ايات مبينات ومثلا من الذين خلوا من قبلكم وموعظة للمتقين ٣٤
وَلَقَدۡ
أَنزَلۡنَآ
إِلَيۡكُمۡ
ءَايَٰتٖ
مُّبَيِّنَٰتٖ
وَمَثَلٗا
مِّنَ
ٱلَّذِينَ
خَلَوۡاْ
مِن
قَبۡلِكُمۡ
وَمَوۡعِظَةٗ
لِّلۡمُتَّقِينَ
٣٤
Bemeramana! Ni ukuri, Twarabamanuriye Aayah za Qor’ani zitomoye zigaragaza ukuri, Tubacira n’agace ku vyashikiye abantu b’aho hambere yanyu, kugira bibere inkebuzo n’inyigisho abagamburukiramana.

The Command to marry
These clear Ayat include a group of unambiguous rulings and firm commands.
وَأَنْكِحُواْ الأَيَـمَى مِنْكُمْ
(And marry those among you who are single (Al-Ayama)....) This is a command to marry. The Prophet said:
«يَا مَعْشَرَ الشَّبَابِ، مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمُ الْبَاءَةَ فَلْيَتَ
