Ar-Ra'd 13:27 ويقول الذين كفروا لولا انزل عليه اية من ربه قل ان الله يضل من يشاء ويهدي اليه من اناب ٢٧
وَيَقُولُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
لَوۡلَآ
أُنزِلَ
عَلَيۡهِ
ءَايَةٞ
مِّن
رَّبِّهِۦۚ
قُلۡ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
يُضِلُّ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
وَيَهۡدِيٓ
إِلَيۡهِ
مَنۡ
أَنَابَ
٢٧
不信仰に陥った者*たちは言う。「どうして彼（ムハンマド*）の主*から、彼のもとに御徴が下されなかったのか？[1]」言ってやるがいい。「本当にアッラー*は（、導きを頑固に拒む者の内、）お望みの者を迷わされ、よく（アッラー*に悔悟して）立ち返る者を、かれの御許へとお導きになる」。 1

Disbelievers ask for Miracles, Allah's Response to Them
Allah says that the idolators said,
لَوْلاَ
(Why is not), meaning, there should be,
أُنزِلَ عَلَيْهِ ءَايَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِ
(a sign sent down to him from his Lord) The idolators also said,
