Ar-Ra'd 13:6 ويستعجلونك بالسيية قبل الحسنة وقد خلت من قبلهم المثلات وان ربك لذو مغفرة للناس على ظلمهم وان ربك لشديد العقاب ٦
وَيَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَكَ
بِٱلسَّيِّئَةِ
قَبۡلَ
ٱلۡحَسَنَةِ
وَقَدۡ
خَلَتۡ
مِن
قَبۡلِهِمُ
ٱلۡمَثُلَٰتُۗ
وَإِنَّ
رَبَّكَ
لَذُو
مَغۡفِرَةٖ
لِّلنَّاسِ
عَلَىٰ
ظُلۡمِهِمۡۖ
وَإِنَّ
رَبَّكَ
لَشَدِيدُ
ٱلۡعِقَابِ

De maser på deg om å påskynde det onde fremfor det gode. Det har dog inntruffet, før deres tid, eksempler på timelig straffedom. Herren har visselig tilgivelse for menneskene tross all deres urett, men Herren er streng i straff.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Disbelievers ask for the Punishment to be delivered now!
Allah said,
وَيَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ
(They ask you to hasten), in reference to the disbelievers,
بِالسَّيِّئَةِ قَبْلَ الْحَسَنَةِ
(the evil before the good,) meaning, the punishment. Allah said in other Ayat that they said,
وَقَالُواْ يأَيُّهَا الَّ
…The Disbelievers ask for the Punishment to be delivered now!
Allah said,
وَيَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ
(They ask you to hasten), in reference to the disbelievers,
