Ar-Ra'd 13:6 ويستعجلونك بالسيية قبل الحسنة وقد خلت من قبلهم المثلات وان ربك لذو مغفرة للناس على ظلمهم وان ربك لشديد العقاب ٦
وَيَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَكَ
بِٱلسَّيِّئَةِ
قَبۡلَ
ٱلۡحَسَنَةِ
وَقَدۡ
خَلَتۡ
مِن
قَبۡلِهِمُ
ٱلۡمَثُلَٰتُۗ
وَإِنَّ
رَبَّكَ
لَذُو
مَغۡفِرَةٖ
لِّلنَّاسِ
عَلَىٰ
ظُلۡمِهِمۡۖ
وَإِنَّ
رَبَّكَ
لَشَدِيدُ
ٱلۡعِقَابِ
٦
Oni domagają się od ciebie, abyś przyśpieszył zło przed dobrem; a przecież już przed nimi miały miejsce kary przykładne. Zaprawdę, twój Pan jest władcą przebaczenia dla ludzi, mimo ich niesprawiedliwości! Zaprawdę, twój Pan jest straszny w karaniu!

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
The Disbelievers ask for the Punishment to be delivered now!
Allah said,
وَيَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ
(They ask you to hasten), in reference to the disbelievers,
بِالسَّيِّئَةِ قَبْلَ الْحَسَنَةِ
(the evil before the good,) meaning, the punishment. Allah said in other Ayat that they said,
وَقَالُواْ يأَيُّهَا الَّ
…The Disbelievers ask for the Punishment to be delivered now!
Allah said,
وَيَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ
(They ask you to hasten), in reference to the disbelievers,
