Ar-Rum 30:27 وهو الذي يبدا الخلق ثم يعيده وهو اهون عليه وله المثل الاعلى في السماوات والارض وهو العزيز الحكيم ٢٧
وَهُوَ
ٱلَّذِي
يَبۡدَؤُاْ
ٱلۡخَلۡقَ
ثُمَّ
يُعِيدُهُۥ
وَهُوَ
أَهۡوَنُ
عَلَيۡهِۚ
وَلَهُ
ٱلۡمَثَلُ
ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَهُوَ
ٱلۡعَزِيزُ
ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
٢٧
. Era yye yooyo atandikawo ebitonde era nga yaalibizzaawo (oluvanyuma lw'okufa kwabyo) nakyo (eky'okubizzaawo) kye kisinga obwangu ku ye, era kikye yekka ekifo ekisukkulumu mu ggulu omusanvu n'ensi era yye ye nantakubwa ku mukono mugoba nsonga.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَلَهُ مَن فِى السَّمَـوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ
(To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth.) means, He owns it and it is enslaved to Him.
كُلٌّ لَّهُ قَـنِتُونَ
(All are obedient to Him.) they are humble before Him and submit to Him, whether willingly or unwillingly.
Repeating the Creation is easi
…وَلَهُ مَن فِى السَّمَـوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ
(To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth.) means, He owns it and it is enslaved to Him.
