Ar-Rum 30:27 وهو الذي يبدا الخلق ثم يعيده وهو اهون عليه وله المثل الاعلى في السماوات والارض وهو العزيز الحكيم ٢٧
وَهُوَ
ٱلَّذِي
يَبۡدَؤُاْ
ٱلۡخَلۡقَ
ثُمَّ
يُعِيدُهُۥ
وَهُوَ
أَهۡوَنُ
عَلَيۡهِۚ
وَلَهُ
ٱلۡمَثَلُ
ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ
فِي
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَهُوَ
ٱلۡعَزِيزُ
ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
٢٧
Ni na Yo Yaremye ibiremwa ata co Irinze gufatirako, hanyuma Ikazosubira kubirema bushasha nivyazuka kandi vyaramaze guhona. Iryo remwa bushasha ry’icahonye, riroroshe cane ku Mana Allah kuruta iremwa ry’ikitari bwabeho. Ni Yo rero Iyagwa neza mu majuru no mw’isi mu buryo buberanye n'icubahiro cayo kuko ntitangwako akarorero. Ni na Yo Nyenintsinzi-Mutaneshwa, Intungane mu vyo Ikora.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَلَهُ مَن فِى السَّمَـوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ
(To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth.) means, He owns it and it is enslaved to Him.
كُلٌّ لَّهُ قَـنِتُونَ
(All are obedient to Him.) they are humble before Him and submit to Him, whether willingly or unwillingly.
Repeating the Creation is easi
…وَلَهُ مَن فِى السَّمَـوَتِ وَالاٌّرْضِ
(To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth.) means, He owns it and it is enslaved to Him.
