Ar-Rum 30:38 فات ذا القربى حقه والمسكين وابن السبيل ذالك خير للذين يريدون وجه الله واولايك هم المفلحون ٣٨
فَـَٔاتِ
ذَا
ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ
حَقَّهُۥ
وَٱلۡمِسۡكِينَ
وَٱبۡنَ
ٱلسَّبِيلِۚ
ذَٰلِكَ
خَيۡرٞ
لِّلَّذِينَ
يُرِيدُونَ
وَجۡهَ
ٱللَّهِۖ
وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
هُمُ
ٱلۡمُفۡلِحُونَ
٣٨
Пас, ҳаққи [силаи раҳими] хешованд ва [садақа ва закоти] мустаманду дармондаро адо кун. Ин [кор] барои касоне, ки [хушнудии] Аллоҳро металабанд, беҳтар аст ва ононанд, ки растагоранд

The Command to uphold the Ties of Kinship and the Prohibition of Riba Allah commands giving:
ذَا الْقُرْبَى حَقَّهُ
(to the kindred his due) his due of respect and upholding the ties of kinship.
وَالْمَسَـكِينُ
(and to Al-Miskin) the one who has nothing to spend on his needs, or he has something but it
