Ash-Shuraa 42:28 وهو الذي ينزل الغيث من بعد ما قنطوا وينشر رحمته وهو الولي الحميد ٢٨
وَهُوَ
ٱلَّذِي
يُنَزِّلُ
ٱلۡغَيۡثَ
مِنۢ
بَعۡدِ
مَا
قَنَطُواْ
وَيَنشُرُ
رَحۡمَتَهُۥۚ
وَهُوَ
ٱلۡوَلِيُّ
ٱلۡحَمِيدُ

У (одамлар ёғин-сочиндан) умидсизликка тушганларидан кейин ёмғир ёғдирадиган ва Ўз раҳмат-барокотини кенг ёядиган Зотдир. У ҳамду сано эгаси бўлган Дўстдир.

Allah accepts Repentance and responds to Supplications
Here Allah reminds His servants that He accepts repentance. If they turn to Him and come back to Him, then by His kindness and generosity He forgives, overlooks and conceals (their sins), as He says:
