Ash-Shuraa 42:38 والذين استجابوا لربهم واقاموا الصلاة وامرهم شورى بينهم ومما رزقناهم ينفقون ٣٨
وَٱلَّذِينَ
ٱسۡتَجَابُواْ
لِرَبِّهِمۡ
وَأَقَامُواْ
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
وَأَمۡرُهُمۡ
شُورَىٰ
بَيۡنَهُمۡ
وَمِمَّا
رَزَقۡنَٰهُمۡ
يُنفِقُونَ
٣٨
och som svarar när deras Herre kallar och som förrättar bönen och som [i allt] iakttar regeln om samråd och som ger åt andra av det som Vi skänker dem för deras försörjning;

The Attributes of Those Who deserve that which is with Allah
Here Allah points out the insignificance of this worldly life and its transient adornments and luxuries.
فَمَآ أُوتِيتُمْ مِّن شَىْءٍ فَمَتَـعُ الْحَيَوةِ الدُّنْيَا
(So whatever you have been given is but (a passing) enjoyment for this world
