At-Tawbah 9:10 لا يرقبون في مومن الا ولا ذمة واولايك هم المعتدون ١٠
لَا
يَرۡقُبُونَ
فِي
مُؤۡمِنٍ
إِلّٗا
وَلَا
ذِمَّةٗۚ
وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
هُمُ
ٱلۡمُعۡتَدُونَ
١٠
De tar ingen hänsyn till vare sig släktskap eller gällande regler om skydd när det gäller en troende - deras fientlighet känner inga gränser.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
اشْتَرَوْاْ بِـَايَـتِ اللَّهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلاً
(They have purchased with the Ayat of Allah a little gain,) idolators exchanged following the Ayat of Allah with the lower affairs of life that they indulged in,
فَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِهِ
(and they hindered men from His way), trying to prevent the believe
