At-Tawbah 9:114 وما كان استغفار ابراهيم لابيه الا عن موعدة وعدها اياه فلما تبين له انه عدو لله تبرا منه ان ابراهيم لاواه حليم ١١٤
وَمَا
كَانَ
ٱسۡتِغۡفَارُ
إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ
لِأَبِيهِ
إِلَّا
عَن
مَّوۡعِدَةٖ
وَعَدَهَآ
إِيَّاهُ
فَلَمَّا
تَبَيَّنَ
لَهُۥٓ
أَنَّهُۥ
عَدُوّٞ
لِّلَّهِ
تَبَرَّأَ
مِنۡهُۚ
إِنَّ
إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ
لَأَوَّٰهٌ
حَلِيمٞ
١١٤
A byla prosba Abrahamova za odpuštění pro otce jeho pouze splněním slibu, který mu byl dal. Když však mu bylo objasněno, že otec jeho je nepřítel Boží, zřekl se Abraham odpovědnosti za něj. A byl Abraham věru soucitný i blahovolný.
