At-Tawbah 9:122 ۞ وما كان المومنون لينفروا كافة فلولا نفر من كل فرقة منهم طايفة ليتفقهوا في الدين ولينذروا قومهم اذا رجعوا اليهم لعلهم يحذرون ١٢٢
۞ وَمَا
كَانَ
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ
لِيَنفِرُواْ
كَآفَّةٗۚ
فَلَوۡلَا
نَفَرَ
مِن
كُلِّ
فِرۡقَةٖ
مِّنۡهُمۡ
طَآئِفَةٞ
لِّيَتَفَقَّهُواْ
فِي
ٱلدِّينِ
وَلِيُنذِرُواْ
قَوۡمَهُمۡ
إِذَا
رَجَعُوٓاْ
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
لَعَلَّهُمۡ
يَحۡذَرُونَ
١٢٢
また信仰者たちは、総動員で出征すべきではない。どうして彼らの内の各集団から、（必要に見合った人数だけの）一団が出征しないのか？（それは出征せずに留まる者たちが）宗教において理解を深め、そして（出征していた）その民が自分たちのもとに戻って来た時、彼らに警告するため[1]。（それは）彼らが、（アッラー*の懲罰に対して）用心するようになるためなのだ。 1

Allah the Exalted here explains His order to Muslims to march forth with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for the battle of Tabuk.
