At-Tawbah 9:24 قل ان كان اباوكم وابناوكم واخوانكم وازواجكم وعشيرتكم واموال اقترفتموها وتجارة تخشون كسادها ومساكن ترضونها احب اليكم من الله ورسوله وجهاد في سبيله فتربصوا حتى ياتي الله بامره والله لا يهدي القوم الفاسقين ٢٤
قُلۡ
إِن
كَانَ
ءَابَآؤُكُمۡ
وَأَبۡنَآؤُكُمۡ
وَإِخۡوَٰنُكُمۡ
وَأَزۡوَٰجُكُمۡ
وَعَشِيرَتُكُمۡ
وَأَمۡوَٰلٌ
ٱقۡتَرَفۡتُمُوهَا
وَتِجَٰرَةٞ
تَخۡشَوۡنَ
كَسَادَهَا
وَمَسَٰكِنُ
تَرۡضَوۡنَهَآ
أَحَبَّ
إِلَيۡكُم
مِّنَ
ٱللَّهِ
وَرَسُولِهِۦ
وَجِهَادٖ
فِي
سَبِيلِهِۦ
فَتَرَبَّصُواْ
حَتَّىٰ
يَأۡتِيَ
ٱللَّهُ
بِأَمۡرِهِۦۗ
وَٱللَّهُ
لَا
يَهۡدِي
ٱلۡقَوۡمَ
ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ
٢٤
Tharoang ka a: O so manga loks iyo, go so manga wata iyo, go so manga pagari niyo, go so manga karoma niyo, go so manga tonganay niyo; go so manga tamok a miyasokat iyo; go so dagangan a ipkhawan iyo so kalpas o wakto niyan, go so manga darpa a masosoat kano ron na matomo iyo a di so Allah, go so sogo Iyan, go so kaphrang sii ko lalan Rkaniyan; - na nayawa niyo taman sa italingoma o Allah so sogoan Iyan (a siksa): Ka so Allah na di Niyan thoroon so pagtaw a manga songklid.

The Prohibition of taking the Idolators as Supporters, even with Relatives
Allah commands shunning the disbelievers, even if they are one's parents or children, and prohibits taking them as supporters if they choose disbelief instead of faith. Allah warns,
