At-Tawbah 9:3 واذان من الله ورسوله الى الناس يوم الحج الاكبر ان الله بريء من المشركين ورسوله فان تبتم فهو خير لكم وان توليتم فاعلموا انكم غير معجزي الله وبشر الذين كفروا بعذاب اليم ٣
وَأَذَٰنٞ
مِّنَ
ٱللَّهِ
وَرَسُولِهِۦٓ
إِلَى
ٱلنَّاسِ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلۡحَجِّ
ٱلۡأَكۡبَرِ
أَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
بَرِيٓءٞ
مِّنَ
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
وَرَسُولُهُۥۚ
فَإِن
تُبۡتُمۡ
فَهُوَ
خَيۡرٞ
لَّكُمۡۖ
وَإِن
تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ
فَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّكُمۡ
غَيۡرُ
مُعۡجِزِي
ٱللَّهِۗ
وَبَشِّرِ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
بِعَذَابٍ
أَلِيمٍ
٣
Waa ogeysiis xagga Alle iyo Rasuulkiisa ah oo ku socda dadka maalinta Iidweynta Xajka 1 inuu Alle barii ka yahay gaalada Mushrikiinta ah, sidoo kale Rasuulkiisu. Ee haddaad idinku (mushrikiintoy) tawbad keentaan, waa sida idiin khayr roon, haddaad se jeesataan, ogaada inaydaan caajis galin kareyn Alle. Ugu bishaaree gaalada cadaab xanuun badan.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah says, this is a declaration,
مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ
(from Allah and His Messenger), and a preface warning to the people,
يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الاٌّكْبَرِ
(on the greatest day of Hajj), the day of Sacrifice, the best and most apparent day of the Hajj rituals, during which the largest gathering confer
