At-Tawbah 9:3 واذان من الله ورسوله الى الناس يوم الحج الاكبر ان الله بريء من المشركين ورسوله فان تبتم فهو خير لكم وان توليتم فاعلموا انكم غير معجزي الله وبشر الذين كفروا بعذاب اليم ٣
وَأَذَٰنٞ
مِّنَ
ٱللَّهِ
وَرَسُولِهِۦٓ
إِلَى
ٱلنَّاسِ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلۡحَجِّ
ٱلۡأَكۡبَرِ
أَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
بَرِيٓءٞ
مِّنَ
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
وَرَسُولُهُۥۚ
فَإِن
تُبۡتُمۡ
فَهُوَ
خَيۡرٞ
لَّكُمۡۖ
وَإِن
تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ
فَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّكُمۡ
غَيۡرُ
مُعۡجِزِي
ٱللَّهِۗ
وَبَشِّرِ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
بِعَذَابٍ
أَلِيمٍ
٣
(Wei yε) amanebͻ a ɛfiri Nyankopͻn ne Ne somafͻo no hͻ sε, εntͻ amanfoͻ anim wͻ Hajji da kεseε no mu sε: “Nyankopͻn ne Ne somafoͻ atwe wͻn ho afiri abosomsomfoͻ no ho. Enti sε mosakra moadwen a, εno na εyε ma mo, na sε modane moakyi dema (Nokorε no) a, εneε monhunu sε, montumi mfiri Nyankopͻn akyi nnwane. Enti fa asotwee yaaya no ho anohoba bͻ wͻn a wͻpo (nokorԑ) no “.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Allah says, this is a declaration,
مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ
(from Allah and His Messenger), and a preface warning to the people,
يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الاٌّكْبَرِ
(on the greatest day of Hajj), the day of Sacrifice, the best and most apparent day of the Hajj rituals, during which the largest gathering confer
