At-Tawbah 9:3 واذان من الله ورسوله الى الناس يوم الحج الاكبر ان الله بريء من المشركين ورسوله فان تبتم فهو خير لكم وان توليتم فاعلموا انكم غير معجزي الله وبشر الذين كفروا بعذاب اليم ٣
وَأَذَٰنٞ
مِّنَ
ٱللَّهِ
وَرَسُولِهِۦٓ
إِلَى
ٱلنَّاسِ
يَوۡمَ
ٱلۡحَجِّ
ٱلۡأَكۡبَرِ
أَنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
بَرِيٓءٞ
مِّنَ
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
وَرَسُولُهُۥۚ
فَإِن
تُبۡتُمۡ
فَهُوَ
خَيۡرٞ
لَّكُمۡۖ
وَإِن
تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ
فَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ
أَنَّكُمۡ
غَيۡرُ
مُعۡجِزِي
ٱللَّهِۗ
وَبَشِّرِ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
بِعَذَابٍ
أَلِيمٍ
٣
Lɑ moong koεεg sẽn yi Wẽnd lɑ A Tẽn-tʋʋmã nengẽ n tʋgd nebã nengẽ Hegiimdã rɑ-kɑsengã rɑɑre, tɩ Wẽnd ne A Tẽn-tʋʋmã wãɑgɑme n bɑs lɑgem-n-tɑɑrã rɑmba. Lɑ y sã n tek n lebg n bɑse, yẽ lɑ sõamɑ ne yãmbɑ,lɑ y sã n dɑeege, bɩ y bãng tɩ yãmb kɑ Wẽnd põsdb ye. Lɑ noog sẽn mɑɑn-b sõm-zɩtmã sũyã ne nɑong sẽn zɑbde.

Allah says, this is a declaration,
مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ
(from Allah and His Messenger), and a preface warning to the people,
يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الاٌّكْبَرِ
(on the greatest day of Hajj), the day of Sacrifice, the best and most apparent day of the Hajj rituals, during which the largest gathering confer
