At-Tawbah 9:46 ۞ ولو ارادوا الخروج لاعدوا له عدة ولاكن كره الله انبعاثهم فثبطهم وقيل اقعدوا مع القاعدين ٤٦
۞ وَلَوۡ
أَرَادُواْ
ٱلۡخُرُوجَ
لَأَعَدُّواْ
لَهُۥ
عُدَّةٗ
وَلَٰكِن
كَرِهَ
ٱللَّهُ
ٱنۢبِعَاثَهُمۡ
فَثَبَّطَهُمۡ
وَقِيلَ
ٱقۡعُدُواْ
مَعَ
ٱلۡقَٰعِدِينَ
٤٦
Om de hade velat gå [med de övriga] skulle de helt säkert ha gjort förberedelser för detta. Men Gud ville inte att de skulle gå ut och så höll Han dem tillbaka, och [de fick] svaret: "Stanna hemma med [de övriga] som stannar hemma."

Allah said,
وَلَوْ أَرَادُواْ الْخُرُوجَ
(And if they had intended to march out,), with you to participate in Jihad
لأَعَدُّواْ لَهُ عُدَّةً
(certainly, they would have made some preparation for it) they would have prepared for such task,
وَلَـكِن كَرِهَ اللَّهُ انبِعَاثَهُمْ
