At-Tawbah 9:5 فاذا انسلخ الاشهر الحرم فاقتلوا المشركين حيث وجدتموهم وخذوهم واحصروهم واقعدوا لهم كل مرصد فان تابوا واقاموا الصلاة واتوا الزكاة فخلوا سبيلهم ان الله غفور رحيم ٥
فَإِذَا
ٱنسَلَخَ
ٱلۡأَشۡهُرُ
ٱلۡحُرُمُ
فَٱقۡتُلُواْ
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
حَيۡثُ
وَجَدتُّمُوهُمۡ
وَخُذُوهُمۡ
وَٱحۡصُرُوهُمۡ
وَٱقۡعُدُواْ
لَهُمۡ
كُلَّ
مَرۡصَدٖۚ
فَإِن
تَابُواْ
وَأَقَامُواْ
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
وَءَاتَوُاْ
ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ
فَخَلُّواْ
سَبِيلَهُمۡۚ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
غَفُورٞ
رَّحِيمٞ
٥
また、禁じられた（四ヶ）月[1]が終了したら、シルク*の徒をどこでも見つけた場所で殺すがよい[2]。そして彼らを捕まえ、彼らを阻み[3]、彼らのためにあらゆる見張り場所に待機せよ。それでもし彼らが（不信仰から）悔悟し、礼拝を遵守*して浄財*を支払ったならば、彼らを自由にしてやるがよい。本当にアッラー*は赦し深いお方、慈愛深い*お方なのだから。 1
