At-Tawbah 9:86 واذا انزلت سورة ان امنوا بالله وجاهدوا مع رسوله استاذنك اولو الطول منهم وقالوا ذرنا نكن مع القاعدين ٨٦
وَإِذَآ
أُنزِلَتۡ
سُورَةٌ
أَنۡ
ءَامِنُواْ
بِٱللَّهِ
وَجَٰهِدُواْ
مَعَ
رَسُولِهِ
ٱسۡتَـٔۡذَنَكَ
أُوْلُواْ
ٱلطَّوۡلِ
مِنۡهُمۡ
وَقَالُواْ
ذَرۡنَا
نَكُن
مَّعَ
ٱلۡقَٰعِدِينَ
٨٦
「アッラーを信じ，かれの使徒と共に奮闘せよ。」と1章〔スーラ〕が下された時，かれらの中能力ある者が，あなたに免除を求めて言う。「わたしたちを（家に）留まる者と一緒に，いさせて下さい。」

Admonishing Those Who did not join the Jihad
