At-Tawbah 9:86 واذا انزلت سورة ان امنوا بالله وجاهدوا مع رسوله استاذنك اولو الطول منهم وقالوا ذرنا نكن مع القاعدين ٨٦
وَإِذَآ
أُنزِلَتۡ
سُورَةٌ
أَنۡ
ءَامِنُواْ
بِٱللَّهِ
وَجَٰهِدُواْ
مَعَ
رَسُولِهِ
ٱسۡتَـٔۡذَنَكَ
أُوْلُواْ
ٱلطَّوۡلِ
مِنۡهُمۡ
وَقَالُواْ
ذَرۡنَا
نَكُن
مَّعَ
ٱلۡقَٰعِدِينَ
٨٦
하나님을 믿고 선지자와 함 께 성전하라는 말씀이 계시되었을때 그들 가운데 재산과 명예를 가진자들은 그대에게 우리를 남게 하여 주소서 우리는 앉아 있는 자들과 함께하리라고 말하더라

Admonishing Those Who did not join the Jihad
