At-Tawbah 9:86 واذا انزلت سورة ان امنوا بالله وجاهدوا مع رسوله استاذنك اولو الطول منهم وقالوا ذرنا نكن مع القاعدين ٨٦
وَإِذَآ
أُنزِلَتۡ
سُورَةٌ
أَنۡ
ءَامِنُواْ
بِٱللَّهِ
وَجَٰهِدُواْ
مَعَ
رَسُولِهِ
ٱسۡتَـٔۡذَنَكَ
أُوْلُواْ
ٱلطَّوۡلِ
مِنۡهُمۡ
وَقَالُواْ
ذَرۡنَا
نَكُن
مَّعَ
ٱلۡقَٰعِدِينَ
٨٦
Na igira a adn a initoron a sorah (a miyaaloy ron:) A paratiyayaa niyo so Allah go phrang kano a pd o sogo Iyan, na mangni rka sa idin so adn a manga kakawasaan iyan kiran go tharoon iran a: "Bagakn kaming ka, ka ang kami mabaloy a pd ko mithatalimbagak."

Admonishing Those Who did not join the Jihad
Allah chastises and admonishes those who stayed away from Jihad and refrained from performing it, even though they had the supplies, means and ability to join it. They asked the Messenger for permission to stay behind, saying,
