Az-Zumar 39:41 انا انزلنا عليك الكتاب للناس بالحق فمن اهتدى فلنفسه ومن ضل فانما يضل عليها وما انت عليهم بوكيل ٤١
إِنَّآ
أَنزَلۡنَا
عَلَيۡكَ
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
لِلنَّاسِ
بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ
فَمَنِ
ٱهۡتَدَىٰ
فَلِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ
وَمَن
ضَلَّ
فَإِنَّمَا
يَضِلُّ
عَلَيۡهَاۖ
وَمَآ
أَنتَ
عَلَيۡهِم
بِوَكِيلٍ

Diggah Nanu nabiyow Qhuraan nummal koi oobisneh sinaamah tirtó yakkem keh. Toysa tirri iyya num isi nafsih sabbatah tirri iyyaah, makkoote num cagalah kay makóh umaané kay nafsil gacta. Kaadu atu nabiyow ken taamá dacrisé hinnito tirtól ken dirkissuh, kol tanim gudduysiyyâ kal.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ الْكِتَـبَ
(Verily, We have sent down to you the Book) meaning, the Qur'an.
لِلنَّـاسِ بِالْحَق
(for mankind in truth.) means, for all of creation, mankind and Jinn, so that he may warn them therewith.
فَـمَنِ اهْتَـدَى فَلِنَفْسِهِ
(So, whosoever accepts the guidance, it is on
