Az-Zumar 39:75 وترى الملايكة حافين من حول العرش يسبحون بحمد ربهم وقضي بينهم بالحق وقيل الحمد لله رب العالمين ٧٥
وَتَرَى
ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ
حَآفِّينَ
مِنۡ
حَوۡلِ
ٱلۡعَرۡشِ
يُسَبِّحُونَ
بِحَمۡدِ
رَبِّهِمۡۚ
وَقُضِيَ
بَيۡنَهُم
بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ
وَقِيلَ
ٱلۡحَمۡدُ
لِلَّهِ
رَبِّ
ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
٧٥
Va farishtalarni Arshni o`rab olib Robbilariga hamd ila tasbih aytayotgan holda ko`rursan. Ular orasida haq ila hukm qilindi va: «Olamlarning Robbi Allohga hamdu sano bo`lsin!» – deyildi.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَقُضِىَ بَيْنَهُمْ
(And they will be judged) meaning, all of creation.
بِالْحَقِّ
(with truth.) Then He says:
وَقِيلَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَـلَمِينَ
(And it will be said, "All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of all that exits.") meaning, all of creation, whether animate or inanimat
…وَقُضِىَ بَيْنَهُمْ
(And they will be judged) meaning, all of creation.
بِالْحَقِّ
(with truth.) Then He says:
وَقِيلَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَـلَم
