Al-A'raf 7:11 ولقد خلقناكم ثم صورناكم ثم قلنا للملايكة اسجدوا لادم فسجدوا الا ابليس لم يكن من الساجدين ١١
وَلَقَدۡ
خَلَقۡنَٰكُمۡ
ثُمَّ
صَوَّرۡنَٰكُمۡ
ثُمَّ
قُلۡنَا
لِلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ
ٱسۡجُدُواْ
لِأٓدَمَ
فَسَجَدُوٓاْ
إِلَّآ
إِبۡلِيسَ
لَمۡ
يَكُن
مِّنَ
ٱلسَّٰجِدِينَ
١١
Y, verdaderamente, os creamos y luego os dimos forma, y después dijimos a los ángeles: «Postraos ante Adán (en señal de obediencia, no como acto de adoración)». Y todos se postraron, salvo Iblis1, quien no estuvo entre quienes se postraron.

Prostration of the Angels to Adam and Shaytan's Arrogance
Allah informs the Children of Adam about the honor of their father and the enmity of Shaytan, who still has envy for them and for their father Adam. So they should beware of him and not follow in his footsteps. Allah said,
وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَـكُ
