Al-A'raf 7:87 وان كان طايفة منكم امنوا بالذي ارسلت به وطايفة لم يومنوا فاصبروا حتى يحكم الله بيننا وهو خير الحاكمين ٨٧
وَإِن
كَانَ
طَآئِفَةٞ
مِّنكُمۡ
ءَامَنُواْ
بِٱلَّذِيٓ
أُرۡسِلۡتُ
بِهِۦ
وَطَآئِفَةٞ
لَّمۡ
يُؤۡمِنُواْ
فَٱصۡبِرُواْ
حَتَّىٰ
يَحۡكُمَ
ٱللَّهُ
بَيۡنَنَاۚ
وَهُوَ
خَيۡرُ
ٱلۡحَٰكِمِينَ
٨٧
Y si algunos de ustedes creen en aquello con lo que he sido enviado (el mensaje de Al-lah), otros no. Sean pacientes hasta que Al-lah juzgue entre nosotros, pues Él es el mejor de los jueces”.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
Prophet Shu`ayb forbade his people from setting up blockades on the roads, saying,
وَلاَ تَقْعُدُواْ بِكُلِّ صِرَطٍ تُوعِدُونَ
("And sit not on every road, threatening,") threatening people with death if they do not give up their money, as they were bandits, according to As-Suddi. Ibn `Abbas, Mujahid
