Al-Kahf 18:55 وما منع الناس ان يومنوا اذ جاءهم الهدى ويستغفروا ربهم الا ان تاتيهم سنة الاولين او ياتيهم العذاب قبلا ٥٥
وَمَا
مَنَعَ
ٱلنَّاسَ
أَن
يُؤۡمِنُوٓاْ
إِذۡ
جَآءَهُمُ
ٱلۡهُدَىٰ
وَيَسۡتَغۡفِرُواْ
رَبَّهُمۡ
إِلَّآ
أَن
تَأۡتِيَهُمۡ
سُنَّةُ
ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
أَوۡ
يَأۡتِيَهُمُ
ٱلۡعَذَابُ
قُبُلٗا
٥٥
Y lo que impide a la gente (de La Meca) creer una vez les ha llegado la guía (del Corán) es (su petición de ver repetida) la destrucción que sufrieron las generaciones precedentes que negaron la verdad o de ver el castigo (del que han sido advertidos) ante sus propios ojos1.
